The "Hustler Three6Five Fitness" program is tailored for you based on your fitness goals, fitness assessment, and fitness level. Many variations of training Hustler Three6Five offers to challenge and push your body to the next level!

Clients receive:

  • 1Hour training sessions

  • Nutrition guide    

  • Custom Meal Plan

  • Manual Stretch Therapy sessions

  • Fitness Assessments​​ & Progress Tracking

    • Body Composition â€‹

    • Cardio Assessment

    • Dynamic Postural Assessment

    • Static Postural Assessment

  • Trainer Travel (clients with home/apartment gym)

*Gym & equipment is included*

Training Rates:​  Weekly & Monthly sessions​

  • 2 Session per week (8 session booking minimum)

  • 3 Session per week (12 session booking minimum)  

  • 4 session per week (16 session booking minimum)

  • 5 session per week (20 session booking minimum)

  • Private Group training 1-3 session per week (4-12 session booking minimum, 3 person minimum)

  • Partner training 1-5 session per week (4-20 session booking minimum, 2 person only)

*Payments must be received before start of the weekly/monthly training cycle according to sign-up date in person.
